501 error

Can somebody shine some light on this.
One of my members reported me this error when he tried to start a new post. He has the needed rights and is one of the 5 top posters but suddenly he can't create a new post.

This is what he PM me
"Can't start new topic in the forum. It returns an error with heading "Method Not Implemented" and the content says "POST to /posting.php not supported."

What his username on your forum?
Did you change his permission?
Can you capture the screenshot of that problem?
I don't know that problem but I'll try to check it.

I have seen this problem on another forum (not here) that I visit
Can you ask if the post they were trying to submit had the word wget in it ?
Maybe it was in a link for a download ?

I don't know why but it does not work in phpBB forums (Tanduy may know the answer) and always brings up that message.

The user on my forum is Ohanaunited.
I will ask if he can give us some more detailed information when this error occurs and if he can provide me with a screenshot

from the admin:
Can you capture the screenshot of that problem?

from the moderator:

Aren't you totally unable to start a new topic or does this error occur when submitting the new topic/post?
