Thanks for replying Tanduy and let's hope the people who performed the infra changes are able to find the underlying problems of these poor performances and connections by finetuning the settings of Nginx

Hi ramook,

I've just increased the output buffering of ACP backup.
We can download the backup file 33.8 MB within 25 minutes.
What do you think about it?
Just test it again and let me know your feedback.

If it works properly, I'll activate the restore feature.

Hi,

So sorry about that.
My boss want to disable these features until we already fix it.
Our services overloaded this morning.
It's not good when we backup/restore database.
Maybe, we will try to find the good way to make it better.
