Hi There

I cannot get the BBCode to appear on the posting screen,
No matter what I do it is always the same result BBCode is OFF
Smilies are OFF

Can someone please help?

Settings for bbcode and smilies can be found in the ACP >> General >> post settings.
There are also personal settings in the user control panel >> board preferences >> edit posting defaults

Yes, I set Allow BBCode is "Yes".

But the main problem here that you forget set forums permission for Administrators group.
You should set the Role is Full Access,...
In these predefined Roles, you should notice about the permission "Can use BBCode".
