How to manage Announcements/News block on your portal

It seems that I won't be needing to post a screenshot anymore. My style is not in the list maybe that's why I can't get it right. Anyway thanks for the list really was helpful.

i had simi the same problem but mine i have the announcement box... but i cant seem to find out how to modify it and its annoying me...

To modify the announcement go to AdminCP > Stargate portal > click the "edit welcome message" on the left panel, you can edit it there.
