New features for phpBB3

Hi all,

We've update "Forum Image Viewer" feature for phpBB3.
You can set icon for your forum. It's so easy and convenient for everybody.
It waste a lot time but I'm really happy .

And there are something's new in MODs Configuration.

- Support Site Favicon (Ability to load default favicon)
- Support Simple Global Announcement.
- Allowable tags: A, ABBR, ACRONYM, ADDRESS, B, BGSOUND, BIG, BLINK, BR, CENTER, CITE, CODE, DEL, DFN, DIV, EM, FONT, H1, H2, H3, H4, H5, H6, HR, I, IMG, INS, LI, OL, P, SMALL, SPAN, STRIKE, STRONG, SUB, SUP, VAR
- Ability to control Simple Global Announcement:

• Turn on/off Auto scroll announcement.
• Ability to align text when announcement message don't scroll.
• Choose Motion Type: Alternate, Speed, Scroll.
• Choose Speed: Low, Medium, Fast, Very Fast.
• Start from: Left / Right.
• Pause on mouse over: Yes / No
