How to create create backup your phpnuke
Step1: Login to your phpnuke site administration panel with administrator account and chose Backup/restore site.  Step2: Click "Click here" to download backup file.  How to restore phpnuke from backup Step1: Browse to find the file that you want to restore, and then click Start  Step2: It will show the message box, click OK to continue restore your site. Wait for the restore process to complete.
