Hello phascorpion here with one question in mind.
i was wondering how i would create a welcome page or landing page with some usefull info on for my site (U.P.G}.
if there is a way of doing such a thing then your help is very appreciated

I guess u already have a very nice welcome page.
But in case u need to make all urself then "Yes" u can create customised welcome page to your website.
Sign-up to any free webpage hosting site like blogger.com or geocities.com
create homepage n redirect a link to your website.

Eg: Candyman - best symbian website

Let us know if you need help with this, lately there has been a few requests for creating a splash, welcome, and flash intro page. Any of these can be done using a free host with like the ones mentioned by Coolvipcandy.

Sorry but I can't help you with this. Mimetica is a commercial theme and you need to buy if you want to use it.
