How to create new users via Administration Panel?

Step 1: Login to your phpnuke site administration panel with administrator account.
Step 2: Click on "Users" box


Step 3: Enter user account information -> Press on "Add User" button to add new user.

I just started a forum last night and all seemed to be going great. I checked admin had to activate accounts. While testing this the user gets an email, but nothing to me so I know how to activate the user. Then I was searching around this forum and seen the above message. My admin screen looks nothing like the above. Mine is all text down the left side. Can someone point me in the right direction or am I too far gone for thet?

If all you want to do is quickly log-in and browse the internet, you should consider just using the guest account. In the guest account you cannot install software or hardware, change settings, or create a password.
