How to change your site logo

I would like to change the banner at the top of the website. My site is King of the DIRT Series.

The banner I would like to put on would be the banner on my old site. www.freewebs.com/kotdseries

My theme is...subBlack3dBlue

I've changed your site's banner.

If you want to change your banner, go to Administrator Menu -->Conference --> Site logo --> replace "logo.gif" with the link to your banner.

Go to Blocks Administration --> Create a new block --> select Last10topics from Filenames drop-down menu.

hello,erm i am trying to change my logo but it wont let me? i have the greenglow theme,Does that mean i cant put a logo up? here is my logo http://i83.photobucket.com/albums/j3...kOoLBanner.jpg

Oh and how do i set up the game stats to show up on homepage?
