You can replace the banner of She theme by putting your banner url in AdminMenu --> Preferences.

Ok I did that but it is just a box with an x in the corner, does it not accept .JPEG?

Please upload your banner to other image hosting(tinyurl.com, photobucket.com), it should work.

I just edited Nvision theme, now you can put your logo on that theme.
