Go to Forum Administration, click on the "Configuration" link in the left panel. In the "General Configuration" page, look for the "Enable account activation" section and select "Admin" instead of default "User".

Once a user has been created, you have an option to subscribe this user. To find this option, you have to edit the user's details. In the AdminCP, click on the Users icon. Enter their username into "Nickname" textbox field, select modify from the drop-down box and click OK.
Hope this helps.

I thought that the problem was solved. I've made everything... i've found that i have to activate members from Activate... but... they still getting instantly, while they are registering, the activation link. Why this is happening? Is it a way the activation link to be sent when i make the activation?
