Removing/deactivating broadcast a public message??!

How can I remove the ability from PHP nuke for any user to broadcast a public message? I don't want any of that on my site..

What do you mean by "public message"?

under your user account anyone can broadcast a public message. it shows up in a red box at the top of the site...not a great thing to let everyone have access to..

Go to Admin Panel > Configurations > scroll down to "User Options" section > choose "No" next to "Activate Broadcast Messages".
