Iframe attack

ok here is the deal I got a few iframe attacks and I went through all the index.php files and removed them. But when I go into my forums and click on the reply button to a post I get a virus pop up warning. when I view the source code on that reply to a post I can see the problem as follows

But when I look everywhere I can seem to find it. Ive been looking in my database and other areas but I am lost.

Did you try to find in your site's theme?

I found the last one in another .php file under forums folder.

Problem solved.
