Editing theme

Helllo everyone...

im new to this place and i have no clue what the differences between the nuke and the phpbb forums are, but i found that the nuke themes are incredible.

I was running a forum wich is still active on phpbb2, but i saw that the nuke themes are way more nice, so i created a nuke site here.

My question is, can i edit the header of the theme? I did it on the phpbb theme i used on the old forums and would like to do it with the new site too.
