Registration problems

Ok I never thought my site would have 5800 members, its getting where Im running out of bandwith for my downloads. My question is how do I cut off people from registering at my site ? I do not want anymore members...thanks Scott..... here is my website link.....DeaDPool Racing Sim Painting
