I need a little help

I have recently been doing some work with my site and I thought that if I back up my site I could make changes and if I didn't like the changes I could always use the back up to restore things like they were before but when I went to restore that wasn't the case I have since been unable to upload the back up that I downloaded.

Is there any way I can make this work?

My website is General Error

Also, since I have restored I have been receiving a general error screen.

Please zip it and upload it somewhere (such as megaupload.com) and give me the link to download.

I've fixed the problem with your forum, if you notice other problems please let me know.

PS: you can delete your backup file on megaupload now.

Thanks

I thought that by backing up the site I would be able to retain all the things that were on there before but I see that is not the case. However, I am very grateful to have my site back like it is suppose to be. Thank you very much.
