Have some problems need your help (from admin or members)!!

first one is when i am trying to upload images to my gallery..every time it's says :
Warning: Your file must be of type .gif or .jpg

Please click here to go back and choose another picture

and my second problem is i want to remove url icon.and put another one.

and my serious problem is my download section is not working!!
I have 5 Categories and Audio one is working.but when we click the Downloads file using Latest Files or Scroll New Downloads it;s give a massage
The html tags you attempted to use are not allowed

Sorry but we do not allow to change the favicon.

I found the problem, please do not use special characters like ')', '(', etc.... in your download titles.

And i have another problem now!!:conf used:

i put a code(HTML) from google to get high ranks for my site.but now my site is work more slow so...now i can't remove that code..i don't know how do it.
can you please solve that problem also.i will help for my all members and other visitors.my site loding slowly is the problem.

i wanna ask something !! this is not a problem ..but it's seems to be as a problem.when we are changing Default Homepage Module to forums, my right hand side Categories Menu, Login,Survey,Languages and other boxes hiding.Now my currently Default Homepage Module is Downloads.In download mode i can see my all right hand side boxes but if i change it to forum mode boxes hide ...so i want to change my Default Homepage Module to forums with out hiding my right hand side boxes.(Menu, Login,Survey,Languages ect.)How to do it???let me know more about it.
if i want to display both download and forum section how to do it?in home page
