How change posted by admin to posted by members

I want members names appear when they posted article.. how?

Actualy i dont mine this prob. but when member click menu button ‘top ‘ (article status) this problem was appear. All the article post by admin but the reality admin activate and publish the article only.... Maybe member cannot intreastet post article anymore because they names not appear.

Unless if you change the name of that 'admin' then it will hcange but i dont think there is any possible way either sorry..
