Spammer attack my website

Heloo mr sapport;

My website is always under attack spammer. There are many registered outside of my country Malaysia and have a strange nickname. So I want my website only allows users from malaysia, singapore, indonesia and brunei only. I also want only the users who use yahoo and google mail only allowed to register.

Strangely though spammer I banned their IP but they can still login.

What should I do?

Ahh, I have an idea! If you want to allow users who use yahoo and google mail, I'll set PHP-Nuke Activate 4.0 improve them automatically.
Do you need this feature?

Now, you should approve new user accounts manually.
