Not too familiar with nuke but if the settings are simular to phpbb forums.

you could create a new forum and set staff/ VIP's permission to view /reply to posts, other groups do not allow to view.

like i say i'm don't know what nuke is like but presume there are settings to do this.

hope this helps

Sorry i couldn't help pililuk
I am sure someone will be along to help answer your question.
Keep checking back as there are plenty of nuke users who may have overcome this.

Goto your Admin Control Panel (ACP)
Click on forum Permissions and select either Moderator.

This means anyone in the Moderator Group will be able to see forum but anyone else wont be able to access.

Hello pililuk,

Mat is right. You must access ACP and choose the Forums icon (/admin.php?op=forums) at Modules Administration

Then, you can select "Permissions" (/modules/Forums/admin/admin_forumauth.php) of "Forum Admin" in the left panel.

Hope you can work it out.

@Paul: Actually phpNuke is a portal, it integrate phpBB forums like a module.
It's only phpBB2 Maybes, it's not complicated. Maybes, it's not perfect.

Thanks you, all.
