Ok i got my forums working but is there a navigational way to make it appear besides on Modules? I usually keep modules to Adminstraitors.

Hi,

You want to display it for all visitors, right?
Just go to Admin CP > Blocks (/admin.php?op=BlocksAdmin)
Select "Administration" block and change settings for it.

Hope it helps.

Hi,

Maybes, I misunderstand what you said.
You can change position of any block.
It can be at left, right, center up, center down.

For more thing, they're up to template.
So sorry if you want to customize it.
