Error on registration

I was trying to make a site for my new team i am starting i ran into an error that says

A error occured!
You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 's a site!'); CREATE TABLE thecfw_bbdisallow ( disallow_id mediumint( uns' at line 1

and it is keeping me from getting my site created. Any help?

I have tried it on both sites and i end up getting the same error. When i try to do it again i get the error of

A error occured!
Table 'cfw_authors' already exists

I tried to make one with cfw.<hostname> and thecfw.<hostname> and neither has worked.

I've just deleted some old table on our database.
Maybes, there is some crash when you created them.
