I think that's not mistake.
Please follow this link: [MOD] PHP-Nuke Arcade v3.0.2

Because we use that install file for all server, other sites also use it.

Hope you understand.

i wasnt posting asking if it was a mistake or not. Its going on regardless or a mistake or not.. i have no ftp access with yall so i cannot really do much. so yeah...

i already did everything in that post... and still have this issue...

Because that message only show for the God admin, I didn't see it.
I've just fixed that problem.
