RSS feed question

Hi folks, i'm new to this site but i have used php-nuke before.
The problem i have is that i just discontinued a wordpress based site that i was able to pull articles from other sites using their RSS feed link.

Using this method i was able to have new fresh content on my site everyday.

I'd really like to be able to do this on my new phpnuke forum.

Help and/or suggestions needed.

You're talking about RSS Feeds: News http://www.forummate.com/forums/phpb...eed#post538968 (RRS Feeds??), don't you?
I think we don't support it for your PHP-Nuke because we don't have a module like that.
What do you think if we add [BETA]RSS News Ticker 0.1.1 on your site?

Thanks for quick response, just a couple of questions about the news ticker before i say yes or no to it.

1: Will this operate on a nuke site or just phpbb forums.
2: Does it just display the headline or does it show the headline content too?

Have you tried to use phpBB3 yet?
If you want that mod, I'll try to write it for PHP-Nuke.
That mod will get all the information of RSS feeds (Eg: Free Forum Hosting)
So, it'll display title, link, description...
If you want to display headline content, I'll write an option to show it
But now we still have a lot things need to be solved.

As i said, i want to use it with php-nuke, not that interested in wether it works for phpbb or not as i don't intend to use it. I just want to pull rss feeds complete with headline and content to automatically post on my nuke site.
